SAQ is an acronym for speed, agility, and quickness. SAQ training is a type of training that incorporates these three qualities into a functional workout.
Speed, agility, and quickness are necessary for athletic and real-world skills. Think reflexes. Whether we need to gracefully redirect ourselves to prevent falling or if we need to make a game saving tackle, SAQ training is the key.
This is why SAQ training is considered a functional training workout–it helps you build up and maintain healthy physical fitness with the goal of allowing you to fully utilize your body throughout a variety of tasks. These workouts are great for people who want to use their gym time to have a positive impact on their athletic development goals, everyday life, and their overall fitness.

With over 15 years of experience we are here to provide all your athletic development needs. We take fitness serious but we ALWAYS have fun. Services we provide include but are not limited to:
A good pair of cleats is recommended, but not required. Comfortable athletic shoes will work just fine. We provide water and all weights/equipment needed to complete the workout at our facility.
